It’s important to remember that this distance and isolation won’t last forever! While wedding planning has presented a few more challenges nothing can cancel love & celebration. We know many of you have events to get ready for once all this craziness is over, so we want to help you do that!

 

INTRODUCING… MIA GRACE BRIDAL VIRTUAL CONSULTATION & AT-HOME TRY-ON SERVICE!

If you are a bride with a wedding date May 1, 2021 or sooner, we’re bringing the consultation to you both through scheduled FaceTime calls and Zoom meetings. You can schedule virtual consultations for your Bridal Gown and Bridesmaids.  All consultations are no charge! If you’re looking for dresses of any kind, our selection of Wedding Gowns and Bridesmaids is exceptional. Our consultations will be for the purpose of helping guide you through your options, showing you available inventory, and relaying a lot of helpful information like we do normally in store.

After your consultation, we will ship you your top two favorites to try on at home. They’ll ship conveniently right to your door! The details of each individual program are listed below. We’re committed to helping you prepare for your beautiful day and find a gown you love even in the midst of chaos. We believe that it’s important to look forward to celebration and remember that even if things get delayed, love cannot be cancelled.

BRIDAL CONSULTATION & AT-HOME PACKAGE

Schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with a stylist to guide you through available dresses in our inventory, determine the appropriate size for you, and find dresses you’d like to see during your Zoom Appointment. During your appointment, the dresses you are interested in will be on mannequins, so we can focus on the detail of each dress. Once you have determined your favorite or top two favorites, we can ship the dress directly to your home to try in person.

  • Pricing:

    • A security deposit of $150 per dress (up to 2 dresses) will be charged to your credit card. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.

    • If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase.

    • If no dress is selected for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for the shipping fees from/to the shop.

  • Shipping:

    • All Dresses will be shipped via FEDEX and will require a signature. A tracking number will be provided.  A prepaid label will be included in the box for returns.

  • Time frame:

    • You’ll have 3 business days from the time you receive the dresses to send them back.*

 

Please Note: We are currently only reserving virtual appointments for brides with a wedding date of May 1, 2021 or sooner to make sure they are able to receive their dress(es) in a timely manner.

*if dresses are damaged, fees will apply. A late fee of $20/day will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a temperature high enough to kill bacteria & viruses. Sample sale gowns are not included in virtual appointments.

 

BRIDESMAIDS CONSULTATION & AT-HOME PACKAGE

Schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with a stylist to guide you through available designers, colors, and styles for your best girls. Pick out up to 5 styles to be sent right to your door.

  •  Pricing:

    • A security deposit of $15 per dress up to 3 dresses or $50 for 4-5 dresses will be charged to your credit card. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.

    • If the Bridal party purchases, a credit of $15 per dress maximum, up to a total of $50 for the entire Bridal party (or the amount of the deposit) will be applied towards the purchase.

    • If no dress is selected for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for the shipping fees from/to the shop.

  • Shipping:

    • All dresses will be shipped to one address.

    • All Dresses will be shipped via FEDEX and will require a signature. A tracking number will be provided.  A prepaid label will be included in the box for returns.

  • Time Frame:

    • You’ll have 3 business days from the time you receive the dresses to send them back.*

*At home try on fee per dress is non-refundable but can be applied towards purchase. Discounts for being a Mia Grace Bride are still applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards purchase. If dresses are damaged, fees will apply.
