Before You Book

• Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance

• A credit card is required to reserve your appointment

• By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Bridal, Encore Bridal, Return, Graduation, and Sample Sale appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a $45 cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file

• Veil and accessory appointments do not have a cancellation fee

Bridesmaid Appointments Reservation Policy

Bridesmaid appointments require a $40 reservation fee to reserve your time with us.

• If you attend your appointment and make a purchase (same day or at a later date), the $40 may be applied as a credit toward your purchase

• If the bride pays the reservation fee, it may be refunded once all party members have completed their purchases, or applied toward a bridesmaid purchase

• The $40 reservation fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or missed

 

Bridesmaid Measurements Only: A $20 non-refundable fee applies for measurement-only appointments.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, and appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Guest Guidelines

We’ve found that the most meaningful appointments are often shared with a small group of those closest to you.

• Bridal & Bridesmaid appointments: Up to 8 guests

• Graduation appointments: Up to 6 guests

• Encore appointments: Up to 4 guests

 

If you’re planning to bring a larger group, please contact us in advance.

 

Pricing & Planning Ahead

Our wedding gowns range from $1,400 – $4,500, with most gowns between $1,600 – $2,700. Wedding gowns are made to order and can take 6–8 months to arrive, with alterations typically requiring an additional 60–90 days. We recommend shopping 10–12 months before your wedding.

At our Mia Grace Encore Boutique, gowns range from $399 – $1,199 and are available for immediate purchase. If your wedding is less than 5 months away, we recommend booking an appointment at our Encore location for more immediate options.
