Appointment & Booking Policies

We’re so excited to be part of your bridal experience. To make sure every bride has a dedicated and enjoyable appointment, we’ve outlined a few important policies below.


1. Appointment Reservations

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This allows us to hold dedicated time and space for you and your guests.
 
By booking an appointment, you authorize Mia Grace Bridal to charge the card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. Bridal Gown Appointments 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We completely understand that things come up, and we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another bride.  We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Bridal, Encore Bridal, Return Bridal, Graduation, and Sample Sale Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $45 cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file:
 

3. Bridesmaid Appointments

  • A $40 Reservaton fee is required to reserve a Bridesmaid appointment.

  • If you attend your appointment and make a purchase (same day or at a later date), the $40 may be applied as a credit toward your purchase.

  • If the Bride pays the reservation fee, she will receive a refund once all party members have completed their purchase or she may choose to apply the credit towards a bridesmaids purchase.

  • The $40 reservation fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or missed.

  • Bridesmaid Measurements Only: A $20 non-refundable fee applies if you are only being measured and not trying on dresses.

  • There is no cancellation fee for veil and accessory appointments.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the appointments following yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.

4. Guest Guidelines

 

To ensure a comfortable and personalized experience, we recommend limiting your party size.

  • Bridal appointments: Up to 8 guests (limited appointment availability for larger parties) 

  • Bridesmaid appointments: Up to 8 guests (For parties larger than 8 guests, please contact the shop in advance to confirm availability.)

  • Graduation gown appointments: Graduate and up to 6 guests

  • Pick-up appointments: Varies by appointment type (please see specific limits when booking your appointment)

  • Encore bridal boutique appointments: Up to 4 guests due to limited space

 
If you plan to bring a larger group, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.
 
We are child-friendly, but we kindly ask that all children remain supervised at all times to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of our guests and gowns.
 

5. Appointment Types & Timing

  • Bridal Appointments: Up to 2 hours of one-on-one styling

  • Return Appointments: For trying on favorites and confirming your selection

  • All pick-Up Appointments: Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance to allow time for gown preparation*

  • Bridesmaid Pick-Ups: 30-minute appointments; larger groups may require multiple bookings

* We cannot guarantee gown preparation for appointments booked without the recommended advance notice.

6. Preparation for Your Appointment

​

To make the most of your appointment, we recommend:

  • Bringing inspiration photos (if you have them) 

  • Wearing nude or light undergarments. For hygiene purposes, underwear is required when trying on gowns 

  • Bringing shoes similar to your wedding day height 

  • Please avoid spray tans, body makeup, or products that may transfer onto gowns

7. Food & Drink

To help protect our gowns, we kindly ask that outside food and drinks not be brought into the boutique unless arranged in advance.

We appreciate your care in helping us maintain the quality of our gowns for all brides.
 

8. Timing & Ordering Expectations

Wedding gowns are made to order and can take 6–8 months to arrive. With alterations, we recommend shopping 10–12 months before your wedding date.

Rush options may be available depending on the designer.

​

If your wedding is less than 5 months away, we recommend booking an appointment at our Mia Grace Encore location for gowns available for immediate purchase.
