We are absolutely obsessed with the pictures we received from Jessica and Brian’s wedding day! Jessica was so wonderful to work with and we are thrilled we could be part of her very special day!
“Everyone at Mia Grace was super amazing to work with! I was in many times, and each time I was treated with such kindness and patience!” – Jessica
Their Love Story
Jessica and Brian met Memorial Day weekend in 2012 at a BBQ! When she arrived at her friend Dana’s house, there was only one person there she didn’t recognize. He just so happened to be wearing a USA basketball jersey. She even remembers asking Dana, “Who is that guy?” Turns out he was a longtime friend of her fiancé and Jessica quickly learned that he wasn’t one to be missed! He did a “cartwheel contest” in the grass, was generous with his beverages, and cracked jokes all evening.
However, she really discovered what he was all about when they were all sitting around that table chatting. He described in great detail the difference between a McDouble and a double cheeseburger. Before that day, Jessica had no idea the McDouble had one less piece of cheese. Needless to say, he made her laugh. A lot.
A couple of months later, they ran into each other again at Dana and Mike’s wedding. Neither one of them brought dates, so they struck up conversation in the grass at the reception! He asked her to hold his hair product in her purse. Oddly, she didn’t think this request was strange and obliged. They danced together throughout the evening and went their separate ways afterwards. The next morning, Jessica still had his hair product in her purse. She was interested in seeing him again, so she sent him a message letting him know she had his coveted styling tool. Brian suggested they meet up so she could give the hair product back. Their first date was at Three Kinds Public House in the loop. And the rest is history.
