Real Mia Grace Bride: Wedding of Shannon and David

We are beyond excited to share the amazing images we received from Shannon and David’s Michigan wedding! Not only were they able to take some fantastic pictures on the beach, but their golden retriever even got to be part of the wedding party! How fantastic is that?

“The consultants at Mia Grace were wonderful to work with. The first day I went to look at dresses, I had a horrible experience at another salon. I called Mia Grace on a whim and the store owner stayed open late just so I could look around. I didn’t buy a dress that day, but I knew that I wouldn’t have gone to any other salon! Thank you to everyone at Mia Grace! You’re amazing!” - Shannon

A Dream Come True

On August 12, Shannon and David tied the knot at Tiscornia Park next to a lighthouse in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan! They were joined by family and friends from all across the country to celebrate. Their dog, Winston, even made the trip! They couldn’t have asked for a more perfect (and windy) day! Shannon looked absolutely breathtaking in her bridal gown from the Allure Romance Collection, which was absolutely amazing for a beach wedding. This A-line gown features a stunning lace covered bodice and a flowing soft net tulle skirt. The illusion neckline and the illusion back are such a fantastic pair. Shannon’s bridesmaids looked lovely in their dresses from Bari Jay, which features a high neckline and a gorgeous layered chiffon skirt! David and the groomsmen wore leather suspenders handmade by the groom, even Wilson had a matching collar and leash!

Since David is a firefighter, it was necessary for the bride and groom to stop at the St. Joseph Fire Station to take pictures! The station was gracious enough to oblige and even pulled the truck out for them to snap a few pictures. Their beautiful ceremony was followed by an amazing reception at the Veranda at the Whitcomb. They spent the rest of the evening dancing the night away and even had their very own (less than perfect) recreation of the famous Dirty Dancing dance! Shannon and David were also able to sneak away at sunset to capture some phenomenal photos. Their wedding was created through the hard work from the following vendors:

Thank you so much Shannon and David for allowing all of us at Mia Grace Bridal help make your wedding a dream come true!
