Based on the pictures we received from Lesley and Catlyn’s wedding, this newlywed couple had a blast on their very special day! This lovely couple met while working together at Imo’s, so it’s only appropriate that they stop there for a few wedding pictures!
“I had went to Mia Grace after one bad visit at another bridal shop. I wasn’t feeling super confident or even that excited when I came to Mia Grace. The girls there were fantastic and were super helpful. Allison was the consultant that helped me all day. I asked her to give me her honest opinion and she did. I really liked that about her. I tried on about 15 different dresses and had it narrowed down to 2 dresses. When I tried on the 2 finalists one of the designers was there and told me how beautiful I was in the Mora Lee dress. I felt amazing! I had left Mia Grace after one visit knowing I had found the dress. Allison was amazing!” - Lesley
Their Love Story
Lesley and Catlyn met at her first job at Imo’s Pizza, which led them to hangout and go floating together in the summers! 5 years later these two finally started dating and the rest is history!
The Proposal
Leslie is obsessed with her dogs! She wanted a friendship bracelet to match a dog collar for her baby girl. Catlyn ended up getting that for them and he ended up putting a custom dog tag on her collar. The tag stated, “He wants to know if you’ll say yes” and as Lesley looked up from the tag, Catlyn was down on one knee with the ring in his hand. And of course, who could say no to the dog!
A Dream Come True
On October 7th, Lesley and Catlyn celebrated their union at the Washington Brewery surrounded by their loving friends and family. The ceremony was in the old cellar followed by a gorgeous reception in the Signature Room! The reception area has an old bar in it, which didn’t need much decorating because it had so much character. Lesley looked so stunning in the Marina from the Morilee by Madeline Gardner Collection! This breathtaking satin ball gown features intricate lace appliques and a simple illusion neckline. She paired this fantastic gown with a beautiful scalloped, ivory lace edge veil from Giselle Bridal. Their wonderful wedding was created through the hard work from the following vendors:
