Join us in celebrating World Autism Awareness Month 2018!
Last month, our amazing brides raised $1,500 for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis to help raise awareness about Down Syndrome and support families in the greater St. Louis!
This month we are celebrating World Autism Awareness Month! This celebration was created to educate the public about people with Autism, also known as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The variations of Autism are very widespread, but awareness of the spectrum is not. The aim of this month is to bring society one step closer to acceptance by encouraging everyone to understand that people with Autism should be truly valued for who they are!
For the month of April, we are partnering with Autism Speaks St. Louis to help increase understanding and acceptance of people with Autism. For every gown sold in the month of April, Mia Grace Bridal will be donating $20 to this wonderful association to help those in our community who need it most!
Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the lifespan, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
