We absolutely love when we receive photos from a Mia Grace Bride’s very special day! The pictures we received from Ally and Eric are phenomenal and we are so glad that we get to share these gorgeous images with the rest of the Mia Grace Bridal family!
“I loved my Mia Grace experience. I fell in love with multiple dresses and needed some time to look over pictures my mom took of me in them to decide. I never felt pressured to buy and they allowed me to come back as many times as I needed to try on dresses. I would recommend Mia Grace to all of my friends!” - Ally
Their Love Story
Ally and Eric met at a little hole in the wall bar on Christmas Eve. Eric wanted to come over and talk to her, so he bought his friend Seth a shot and asked him to be his wingman! Things only went south from there. Eric asked Ally to give his friend a little encouragement to take his shot. With Ally cheering him on, Seth took the shot and immediately spit it out on her feet. He left Eric with a pat on the back and a “good luck”. Eric must have looked really good compared to Seth that night, because the rest is history!
It was a really snowy day in Park City, Utah! After a full day of snowboarding, Eric and Ally decided to hit Main Street for dinner and drinks. After hitting a few of their favorite places, Eric pulled her over to a cute little fire pit right off of Main Street to warm up. This is where he popped the question and of course, Ally said yes!
Eric and his dad have been taking a trip to Park City every year since Eric was little. Eric chose Park City as the place to get engaged because he wanted the city to mean as much to Ally as it does to him. She has been tagging along on the trip for the past 3 years, and it has now turned into a family trip, with mom and brother coming with us as well. They hope to add a couple of little ones to the trip one day!
A Dream Come True
On September 15th, Ally and Eric celebrated their union with a gorgeous ceremony and a fabulous reception at the Chandler Hill Vineyards! Since their wedding was at the winery, Ally let that take over the theme. Their main accent color was called “Sangria”. She thought the purple color went really well with the setting of the wedding! Their very special day also fell at a strange time meaning it wasn’t quite fall yet, but it wasn’t in the heart of summer either. She felt that the main color was the perfect mix between summer and fall. They kept things simple with décor, so Ally decided on more greenery instead of flowers and simple white linen draped over the arbor! She felt this made the day seem more elegant! Ally looked absolutely stunning in the Florence from the Martin Thornberg Collection for Mon Cheri Bridals, which is a sleeveless Alencon lace fit and flare gown with thin lace straps and beautiful hand-beaded shoulder jewelry. This breathtaking design also features a hand-beaded empire bodice and a deep low cut back. Their wonderful wedding was created through the hard work from the following vendors:
Florist: Florals by Kim Derleth
Caterer: Chandler Hill Vineyards
Photographer: BGI Photography
Videographer: PureSonic Films & Photography
Hairstylist and Makeup Artist: Belleza Salon
Thank you so much Ally and Eric for allowing all of us at Mia Grace Bridal help you make your wedding day a dream come true!
