We are so excited to share the amazing photos we received from Lexi and Aaron’s very special day! This wonderful couple met when they were young, and they’ve made the unbreakable vow to love each other for the rest of their lives. We are obsessed with their love story and we are so glad we could be a small part of it!
“I heard about Mia Grace from a friend who had recently gotten her dress there. When I booked my appointment, I was nervous because I wanted to find a dress that I absolutely loved. At my appointment, I was greeted with so much kindness and genuine interest that I knew that I would find the dress. It took two visits and a special order from another store, but I found my dress. After All This Time? Always.
Lexi and Aaron met in first grade. After being friends for years, they decided they liked each other in eighth grade. Aaron asked her to be his girlfriend over AIM - those were the days! They dated throughout high school and went their separate ways for college in different states. They stayed in touch through their mutual friends. When they both came back home to St. Louis after college, it didn't take long for them to find each other again. Their marriage has been a long time coming!
The Proposal
They both love Harry Potter. They've read them all, seen them all, and love them all. In August of 2018, Aaron suggested they watch "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". Lexi doesn't turn down watching Harry Potter, so they did. After the movie ended, Aaron got out the book and got down on one knee. He opened it to the "unbreakable vow" chapter and proposed. Lisa, of course, said yes!
A Dream Come True
On July 13th, Lexi and Aaron tied the knot at the St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church followed by a gorgeous reception at Forest Park Golf Course! They wanted their special day to be timeless, so they went with a classic wedding theme! Lexi looked absolutely beautiful in the Blanca from Eddy K Bridal! This stunning design features a strapless sweetheart neckline and a breathtaking scalloped hemline! This fitted silhouette is covered in a combination of sequin-embroidered lace and Chantilly lace! Lexi also wore a lovely hair piece and an exquisite veil from the Berger Collection for Mon Cheri to complete her bridal look! Her bridesmaids looked striking in their cornflower blue dresses from the Hayley Paige Bridesmaids Collection! Their wonderful wedding was created through the hard work from the following vendors:
