From friends, to love, to "I DO!" We are blown away by the pictures we received from Rachel and Jacob's wedding. Rachel is our featured bride for our Allure Bridals Spotlight this week!

Their Love Story:
Rachel and Andrew's love blossomed through a friendship at school. They weren't interested in getting to know one another when they first met. However, their feelings for each other changed after being forced to work together on a group project and an invite to a shared Thanksgiving celebration. Rachel and Jacob quickly realized that they had much more in common than they originally thought! Their love story grew over the years and consists of laughter and loyalty. Rachel and Jacob have always been there for one another through the thick and the thin. Their love story is perfect and they wouldn't have it any other way!
Proposal:
Jacob and Rachel's proposal was everything dreams are made of! In the summer of 2018, Rachel and Jacob carved their names into the Roseman Covered Bridge in Winterset, Iowa. Their names were carved alongside the names of Jacob's parents and grandparents. Rachel and Jacob drove out to the bridge while they were visiting for the holidays. Rachel planned to snap a picture of their carved names. When Rachel turned around, she saw Jacob on one knee and holding a ring. She was so excited and shocked that she could barely get the word "yes" out! The bridge and snow created the perfect place to propose and begin the next chapter of their love story together.
Wedding:
Rachel and Jacob's wedding was a simple, rustic wedding. They included DIY centerpieces with wood slices, gold lanterns, and flowers. The colors were dusty blue, navy blue and gold. Everything came together perfectly for their special day!
Allure Bridals Spotlight:
Rachel looked absolutely stunning in her Allure Romance gown. Rachel wore dress 2853 for her special day. This ballgown is soft, romantic, and fit her vision perfectly. The most stunning features of this gown include the romantic lace bodice with a sweetheart neckline. The skirt is an English netting and is emphasized by a gorgeous satin waist band.
