Another gorgeous wedding for one of our Mia Grace brides! Erin and Tyler's wedding was absolutely breathtaking. We are ecstatic to share their photos and love story with you!
New Year, New Beginning
Tyler and Erin met while they were studying at the University of Indianapolis. It was Tyler's cousin who first mentioned that Tyler and Erin would be perfect together. A few months ahead of their first meeting, he had already shared with each of them how great the other was! Well, he was right. The couple met at a 2013 New Year's Eve Party. It was love at first sight! They hit it off and started talking right away. Erin and Tyler have been together ever since.
She Said YES!
Five years later on June 22, 2019, Erin and Tyler took the next big step. The couple was golfing with Erin's parents in Kentucky. They were on hole 12 which is right behind their house. They made their way to the green and Erin's dad asked her to get the flag out of the hole. When she went to get the flag, she looked down and the ring box was in there! Tyler walked up behind Erin, got down on one knee, professed his love and proposed. Of course, Erin said YES! To add to an already perfect proposal, Tyler's parents and Erin's sister were watching everything from the house. They came running out of the house cheering for the couple. It was such a happy day!
Finding The Dress:
Erin found the most gorgeous dress at Mia Grace Bridal. "Everyone at Mia Grace was wonderful! So helpful and friendly! The dress I said yes to was not what I imagined for myself at all, but my crew convinced me to at least try it on. I felt so beautiful! I wouldn’t change a thing!" -Erin
Erin's dress, Lavonne, is by our featured designer of the week: Maggie Sottero. This gown is the epitome of classic romance. The scoop neckline and strapless structure of the bodice perfectly pair with the sheer boning and beaded lace motifs. The gown includes stunning pearl buttons in the back and a timeless tulle skirt.
"I Do"
Erin and Tyler's wedding took place at The Wilds Venue in Bloomington, IN. They were immediately drawn to how stunning everything was. The team was talented and detail-oriented. They wanted chic and bright. It was everything they knew they wanted!
