Love Story
Kayla and Ted's wedding plans were turned upside down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a lot of discussion and consulting with family members, they decided to get married on their original wedding date with a much smaller ceremony. Kayla happened across Lost Hill Lake Event's Facebook page one day, and after reviewing their website, realized that they had elopement packages available on short notice. Kayla got in contact with the owner and planned a small ceremony for their original wedding date, May 16, 2020.
While the day looked a lot different than Kayla and Ted had been planning for 14 months, it was perfect and exactly what they wanted. Kayla and Ted dedicated their love for each other with their families present. They are looking forward to having a reception next year to celebrate with all of their extended friends and family!
Proposal
Ted proposed to Kayla on a trip to the Grand Canyon. It was a cold, rainy, windy day. The couple wasn't able to see any of the Grand Canyon due to the fog and clouds, but the proposal made it the absolute perfect day!
