Love Story
Christina and Luis met in April of 2019 through Christina’s brother-in-law. They started dating on Cinco de Mayo. Their “technical” engagement was on a random Thursday morning. Christina and Luis woke up decided to get married right away. The couple went to the court house that following Monday.
Since their nuptials were short and last minute, they planned for a marriage celebration in Spring of 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID, their fiesta was postponed to May 2021.
Wedding
Christina and Luis wanted something outdoors and relaxed, but elegant at the same time. Their florist made that happen with the most beautiful arrangements for each and every table.
The most special detail from Christina and Luis’s wedding was their dance together.
Christina said, “From day one of being together, we love dancing. Although we will dance in public, our best dancing takes place in the kitchen. We are that couple that will drop everything and dance when music plays. My husband is always playing “Regional Mexecana” on Amazon music while he cooks (yes he is an amazing Mexican cook) so when I walk, he grabs my hands and we finish the song dancing. Our first song was a Mexican original, “Colores tus ojos “ (colors of your eyes) and even though we were in front of a hundred people, it felt as if we were back home in the kitchen.”
