Love Story
Erik, Jennifer’s sister's boyfriend, played match maker and started it all. Erik talked Jennifer up to Mitch and talked Mitch up to Jennifer at a wedding reception. The two quickly began talking back and forth a couple weeks later and hit it off immediately.
When Jennifer came home from school for Christmas break, she and Mitch went on their first date. There was an ice storm that night. Jennifer clumsily fell hard on the ice and accidentally shattered her beer bottle in front of Mitch. Jennifer thinks this is when Mitch knew she was the one! Then, they slid into a ditch while Mitch was driving. It was definitely a memorable night, and the rest was history!
Proposal
While Jennifer was at home wrapping presents, Mitch asked if they could do Charlie's (their very loved fur baby’s) stocking presents early since Mitch had to work on Christmas. Charlie got a new collar in his stocking and Mitch put it on him. When Charlie came over to Jennifer, she was able to see that it had writing on it. The new collar said, "Will you marry my dad??"
Wedding
Jennifer and Mitch’s wedding colors were gold, burgundy, peach, pink, and navy. Their wedding theme was modern elegant. Jennifer looked absolutely stunning in her fitted gown by Maggie Sottero.
All the details came together beautifully on their wedding day. The pictures speak for themselves!
