After a sweet proposal at their future wedding venue, Katie and Carlyn tied the knot in a gorgeous, classic ceremony in southern Louisiana. We are ecstatic to share their love story and pictures with you!

The Perfect Love Story
Katie and Carlyn met on Bumble three years ago after they both moved to Nashville from their home cities of St. Louis and New Orleans, respectively. Carlyn proposed at Stella (their future wedding venue!) in Louisiana, which is where he grew up. He surprised Katie and proposed by the lake at sunset. Katie’s family was there watching from across the lake. Of course, she said YES!

Katie and Carlyn's wedding was an outdoor ceremony in south Louisiana with southern charm and a classic wedding feel. The venue had huge oak trees to make it beautiful without much effort. Katie and Carlyn incorporated plenty greenery and white flowers into the decor to compliment the already naturally beautiful scenery.
