Love Story
Rachel and Mike met in 2011 at the Italian Fest in Collinsville, IL. They started dating in 2012 and have been together ever since. Rachel knew Mike was the one after about a year into their relationship. He was the one that could make Rachel laugh with his witty personality. Rachel always loved spending time with him.
Mike proposed on February 16, 2019 at Zia's on the Hill. Of course, Rachel said YES! Then after nine years together, Rachel and Mike said, “I do!”
Wedding
Rachel was most looking forward to marrying her best friend. Overall, Rachel said the best part of the wedding of the day was and locking eyes with her soon to be husband and walking down the aisle while feeling so much love from all of their family and friends!
Rachel and Mike couldn't wait to dance to their wedding song, "Angel Eyes" because it has been their song since they started dating and never had a chance to dance to it. The wedding went perfectly, and everyone had a great time! Rachel and Mike wish they could do it all again. They are very thankful they have a wedding video to replay over and over!
