Love Story & Proposal
Shanae and Daniel met on Bumble back in 2020. They quickly found that their shared love of exercise, cooking, and travel made for a perfect match! Shanea and Daniel, both share a fondness for new things. Their foundation was built on learning new things and sharing new experiences together. How beautiful!
Daniel and Shanae had a romantic get away weekend in MO wine country at a cozy cottage. Before dinner, Dan set up his phone on the tripod for a pre-dinner photo shoot. After a long pause and no flash, Shanae began to wonder what was going on and how long she would have to stay posed.
She didn’t have to wait much longer. Dan got on bended knee and said “Actually, this is a video.” He shared how special it is to share life together and asked Shanae to marry him. Shanae was all smiles and said, “Yes,of course.”
Dan then placed the heirloom diamond ring on her finger and embraced her in a warm hug and kiss. With a smile, Shanae said, “You tricked me!” Regarding the video, the couple shared a laugh at their surprise marriage proposal caught on camera. It was a moment they’ll never forget!
Wedding
The wedding took theme notes from clean modern trends, that never go out of style! The couple included elegant gold accents that shimmered all day long. The flower arrangements were made primarily with red roses, complemented with a touch of babies breath. The ceremony and reception took place at The McPherson Wedding Venue. The McPherson's timeless elegance captured the day in all of it's true perfection.
Shanae looked absolutely stunning in her gown designed by Casablanca! The lace applique falling down into the sheath skirt coupled with the flowing train was an absolute showstopper. She paired a set of gorgeous drop earnings as well as a drop necklace to complement the V-shaped neckline of the dress. Shanae looked incredible and the dress suited her vision perfectly.
